PAYMENTS :-
All website payments will be cptured
securely and processed offline through our EFT
credit card machine, and are subject our Terms
& Conditions. All goods remain the property
of Trim and Polish until full payment has been
received and verified.
DELIVERY :-
All items are normally despatched within
two working days, should any delay occur Trim
and Polish will endeavour to contact you the
customer promptly. Please advise Trim and Polish
if you do not recieve your item(s) within 20
days of placing your order so that it can be
traced.
Overseas orders are subject to separate arrangement
and may take longer.

Prices are subject to change without
notice. Due to colour variations in all computer
monitors and browsers, images of the products
may vary slightly from actual products.
Orders are accepted at the discretion of Trim
and Polish and Trim and Polish maintains the
right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

RETURNS :-
All orders are carefully checked before
despatch, however very occasionally items are
damaged during transit. If your goods are delivered
damaged, contact Trim and Polish within 5 working
days of receipt to obtain authorisation to return
the damaged goods. Trim and Polish will despatch
replacement goods within 5 working days following
reciept of damaged item(s).
LEGALITIES :-
All contracts made between Trim and
Polish and the customer are subject to the english
law and any disputes arising shall be subject
to the sole jurisdiction of english courts.
These terms and conditions do not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
